Temple Treasure Hunters | Responsible Social Gaming

At Temple Treasure Hunters, we prioritize responsible gaming as a core element of our commitment to customer care and social responsibility. Our goal is to ensure players enjoy their time on our platform while remaining aware of the potential risks associated with gaming when not approached responsibly.

To promote safe, enjoyable gaming, we’ve implemented measures to help users manage their gaming activities effectively.

1. Game Management

Gaming is a form of entertainment, and it’s important to keep it balanced within your daily routine. Below are some strategies to maintain control over your gaming habits:

  • Play Mindfully
Treat games as a source of leisure, not a priority.

  • Manage Your Time
While we’re thrilled to have you on our platform, it’s essential to ensure gaming doesn’t consume excessive time. Balance it like you would with other leisure activities, such as watching movies or going bowling.

  • Utilize Game Management Tools
If you need a break, pause your gameplay anytime using the tools outlined in Section 2.
Worried about overplaying? Explore self-assessment questions in Section 3 to gauge your gaming habits.

2. Staying Responsible

We provide tools and features designed to help you maintain healthy gaming habits:

Self-Exclusion and Account Timeout Options

If you need a break or if gaming begins to impact you negatively, consider self-exclusion options available in the “Profile” section:

  • Permanent Self-Exclusion: This action blocks your access to our platform indefinitely. Once initiated, it cannot be reversed.
  • Limited Timeout: Choose a specific exclusion period, and the timeout will take effect immediately.

If you still find yourself with access after initiating exclusion, please contact us immediately via email. During this period, your access to our services will be restricted.

Account Closure

Should you decide to close your account permanently, send a written request to our customer service team. Please note, we reserve the right to close or refuse account access at our sole discretion.

Self-Exclusion for Unregistered Users

Even if you haven’t registered on our platform, you can still voluntarily request exclusion by emailing your details. Exclusions can be lifted seven days after submitting a written request for removal.

Gaming Activity Reports

Access a detailed overview of your gaming activity, including history and transactions, via the “Game History” and “Transaction History” sections on our site. For older records, please contact our customer service team.

3. Self-Assessment for Gaming

If you or someone you know might have problematic gaming habits, reflect on the following questions:

  • Do you frequently think about gaming?
  • Are you secretive about your gaming habits?
  • Does gaming frustrate you when interrupted?
  • Do you find yourself gaming excessively after breaks?
  • Are you using gaming as an emotional escape?
  • Do you game early in the morning?
  • Have you sought opportunities to game outside your home?
  • Do you exceed gaming limits you’ve set for yourself?
  • Do you skip sleep to continue gaming?
  • Has gaming caused you to miss work or school?
  • Have you returned to gaming after vowing to quit?
  • Do you feel guilty about your gaming habits?
  • Has gaming led to arguments in your relationships?
  • Have you stopped hobbies or sports in favor of gaming?
  • Do you neglect responsibilities for the sake of gaming?
  • Do you feel defensive when others criticize your gaming?
  • Has your gaming time increased over time?
  • Do you miss social events to continue gaming?
  • Has gaming negatively affected your relationships?
  • Do you experience intense emotions while gaming?

If you answered "yes" to many of these, gaming may be causing issues. For further guidance, refer to the organizations listed in Section 4.
